In this period of intense transformation on our planet, it makes total sense that we all want the guidance of our Spirit Teams. I know I have been relying on mine more than ever and I want to help you do the same!

Your unique Spirit Guides have been with you since birth to help you navigate this crazy, incredible, sometimes maddening journey called being human. Before you incarnated you chose them (and they chose you) specifically because you understood that you would have an easier time creating your best life with their help.

This is true for your Angels as well. They are slightly different than your Spirit Guides in that they are focused on keeping your soul safe and your human self protected. They do this in a myriad of ways.
